All my life, I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of things.

Scribbling in notebooks, wondering about injustice, theorizing on why I feel the way I do — mostly in a hidden, quiet way.

However. I’m not allowed to hide anymore, so that’s what this is all about!

I’m obsessed with the minutiae of human dynamics, how they inform or reflect bigger concerns like class, gender, indoctrinated childhoods, and the confusion of being mixed race and multicultural.

Maybe these essays can make you feel less alone. Or maybe it’s just cultural criticism.
